Product Overview
These Purity W 500kg is a modified food starch derived from waxy maize. This product is characterized by high viscosity and a smooth, short texture. It also has excellent cold temperature storage stability.
PURITY-W is an easily cooked starch that produces suspensions which are high in viscosity, short textured, smooth and clear.
These suspensions are considerably higher in viscosity than those obtained with conventional starches.
PURITY-W will not set to a gel upon cooling and is extremely stable even when subjected to adverse storage conditions.
The product is very versatile and works extremely well in neutral as well as some acid systems.
